Genre: Suspense

Synopsis
When water levels in a canal town begin falling without explanation, a retired lockkeeper's daughter finds that all nine locks have been opened — in an order no operator would ever use. Each lock hides something the town agreed, years ago, to forget. As the last gate opens, so does a case everyone believed was closed two decades ago.
